A housing can look correct and still fail to assemble. Bearing seats, locating bores, mounting faces and threads are reviewed together, with machining referenced to the drawing datums. The aim is a component that fits the mating parts, not just a finished-looking casting.

CMMs, micrometers and gauges provide results for specified dimensions. Alloy composition is a separate check. Define the critical characteristics and required records with the order, so acceptance is based on measurements rather than appearance alone.

Squeeze casting, also called liquid die forging, applies pressure while the metal solidifies. We assess this route where internal quality, strength or machining cost is a concern.

We supply custom aluminum components through conventional die casting and squeeze casting (liquid die forging), with machining and finishing. Housings, pump components and structural connections are examples; other parts are welcome.
No. A drawing and 3D model help, but photos, a sample description or an approximate size can start the discussion. Tell us what the part does and what is still undecided; detailed requirements can be resolved before a firm quotation.
Feasibility depends on the feature, process, alloy, inspection method and commercial requirements. We review these for each part rather than publish a universal tolerance or minimum quantity.
If an NDA is required, use the inquiry form without attachments first. Agree confidentiality terms before sharing sensitive drawings.
