They are not stock listings, customer case studies, engineering approvals or proof of a completed delivery. Process information is a starting point for discussion and does not guarantee suitability for a particular application.
Inquiries and quotations
Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase order or an obligation to manufacture. Price, quantity, material, tooling, quality records, delivery, payment and acceptance terms require written agreement. Any final quotation should identify the contracting parties and the controlling part documentation.
Your submitted files
Submit only information you are authorized to share. Identify the current drawing revision and any restrictions relevant to the review. By submitting files, you allow their use for evaluating and responding to your inquiry; this is not a transfer of ownership of your design.
Engineering responsibility
Application requirements and design authority must be established for each project. A general process suggestion does not constitute a validated design, a regulatory approval or an assurance of safety. Where qualification is needed, agree the responsible party, test method and acceptance criteria.
Website use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, interfere with the service or use the inquiry form for spam. Administrative areas are restricted to authorized users. Website availability and information may change as the service is maintained.
Project terms take priority
These website terms do not replace a signed confidentiality agreement, purchase agreement or applicable mandatory law. Any governing law, dispute process, warranties and commercial liability terms belong in the relevant project agreement.
