This notice describes information collected through the VelnoCast website. The contracting entity and any project-specific confidentiality arrangements must be identified in the commercial documentation.
Data handling
Information supplied with an inquiry.
The inquiry form collects the contact and project details you submit, such as your name, work email, company, country, quantity, material requirements, message and attachments. Provide only information needed to evaluate the project, and avoid including unrelated personal or sensitive information.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review your request, communicate about the project and maintain the associated business record. Uploaded drawings and files form part of that inquiry. Access is intended for authorized personnel handling project requests and system administration.
Storage and service providers
The website stores inquiry records and attachments on its configured application infrastructure. Delivery of inquiry notifications may involve a configured email provider. Infrastructure and service-provider details should be confirmed with the website operator where they are material to your project.
Files and confidentiality
Inquiry attachments are not intended for public publication. If a drawing requires an NDA, export review or a specific data-handling arrangement, establish that arrangement before uploading it. A website submission does not itself create an NDA.
Cookies
Administrative sign-in uses a session cookie to maintain authenticated access. This notice does not describe third-party advertising cookies or assert the presence of analytics that have not been configured.
Retention and requests
Records may be needed for active inquiries, agreed projects, business administration and applicable legal obligations. A fixed retention period is not represented here. To ask about access, correction or deletion, use the project inquiry form and label the message “Privacy request.” Include enough information to locate the relevant inquiry without submitting additional sensitive data.
