How to interpret this example
Every number is invented for this demonstration. “Within limits” means only that each simulated value lies between the stated inclusive lower and upper limits. No physical component was measured. Method labels are examples, not instrument qualification or measurement-capability evidence.
A production report requires the controlling drawing, agreed measurement method, instrument identification and calibration status, sampling plan, relevant environmental conditions, measurement-uncertainty considerations where required, and authorized review. No inspector signature, customer identity, certificate number or approval is represented here.
